Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Bushido Fresh is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Bushido Fresh is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first. If further assistance is needed, you may contact us and we will do our best to help.
