Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $35 or more. Orders below this threshold will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Bushido Fresh is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Bushido Fresh is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged item(s).

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help.

International Shipping

Bushido Fresh ships to many international destinations using real-time carrier-calculated shipping rates. Available shipping methods and pricing are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected carrier.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by Bushido Fresh.

Where applicable, duties and taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout. In other cases, they may be collected by your local customs authority or shipping carrier before delivery.

International delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing. Bushido Fresh is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance or international shipping procedures.

Due to international regulations and carrier restrictions, we do not ship to certain restricted countries.
