OUR PHILOSOPHY

Bushido Fresh

For over 24 years, I’ve trained in martial arts — Hawaiian Kempo kickboxing to be exact. Like every serious practitioner, I’ve dealt with the same problem: sweaty, stinking gear that never truly feels clean, no matter what you use.

Over decades of training, I never found a product that felt right. Most sprays were too harsh, too artificial, or simply ineffective. And the reality is, this equipment isn’t cheap — gloves, shin guards, headgear, gis, rash guards, wraps, pads. You invest real money into your tools — yet most products are built as if your gear doesn’t matter.

Bushido Fresh began as a simple idea that turned into a vision:
What if there was a way to care for your gear with the same discipline you bring to your training?

Through deliberate research and careful formulation, Bushido Fresh was created to be different. Water-based. Alcohol-free. Made with organic essential oils. Designed to be gentle on materials while supporting freshness over time.

Not to mask.
Not to overpower.
But to respect your gear.

Bushido Fresh isn’t about shortcuts or quick fixes. It’s about preservation. Routine. Responsibility. The same mindset that shows up on the mat should carry into how you treat your equipment.

Spray. Air dry. Return with discipline.

Because clean gear isn’t cosmetic — it’s part of the path.
